Amazing plants
I just ordered for the first time from the Violet Barn and I can’t stress how impressed I am with the care that was taken with the packaging of my plants for shipment. The quality of the plants I ordered couldn’t have been better if I had been at the nursery myself hand picking my own plants from what was available. My Rob’s Humpty Doo arrived with two crowns already and nine buds ready to bloom. I can’t wait to see the flowers! I also ordered a Streptocarpus (Bristol’s Poodle Skirt) and a Hoya (Lanceolata Bella), both of which also arrived in great shape. I couldn’t have done better picking them out as well. All of my plants are super healthy. I’m already picking my next order!

Actually, I love all the violets I’ve purchased from Violet Barn! But this one is my favorite! It blooms profusely, and the white flowers with the bluish/purplish accents really make her stand out! Thanks Violet Barn, for another great addition to my collection!

This flawless creature
I ordered a "seller's choice" trailer and got this one—it was already blooming when it arrived (safe and expertly packaged). That was nearly a year ago, and it's never stopped blooming. It's currently absolutely loaded with blooms and looks incredible. Before this order, I had experience with other houseplants (aroids, etc) but my only other AV was a standard NoID from Trader Joe's, so for me, this was very beginner-friendly. I have it in a wick-watering setup per instructions from the great community in Reddit's r/AfricanViolets. I do nothing but take off dead flowers sometimes and refill the reservoir.

Consistently covered in blossoms
This was my first venture into trailing violets and quickly converted me as a huge fan over conventional African Violets. I love the bluish-purple and white blossoms which completely cover the plant. And the blossoms last so long too.

So Many Blooms!
It came with buds and blooms on and has over quadrupled in size in such a short amount of time! Such a prolific bloomer and very hardy
Lovely blooms, but throws out solid coloring
I found this plant to be very beautiful when blooming. Mine blooms continuously. I found though that occasionally an arm will sport and turn solid colored. This is fixable and it is best to remove that part to keep the beautiful white with blue side strips.
Very healthy and hearty!
I bought this plant at a flower show in a tiny, two inch pot. I was hesitant to purchase it because I had heard African Violets are very difficult and I was a little worried. I was wrong! It has grown and bloomed frequently over the last two years and is just a beautiful little plant (not so little anymore, though)! I have repotted it and done some propagation from broken leaves and the new plants are growing beautifully as well.

I bought this trailing Violet a few months ago. I have purchased AVs from Rob for years, read the description about Rob's Humpty Doo but never bought one. I am delighted that I finally did. I have my AV collection in a South West window. Although I keep shades on the windows to prevent the leaves of my plants from burning, they get bright filtered sun light. Mr. Humpty Doo has already taken a liking to this corner and put on a show of pretty white with purple blue stripes. Just as pretty and full of flowers as the description stated. He looks so happy and I am too. A definite for anyone who loves a happy trailer.

This is my favorite trailer. I don’t think the picture does it justice. The blossoms are lovely in their simplicity — soft off-white outlined in a lovely purple blue. They are unlike any of my other trailers. As always, the preparation for shipping is impeccable .

This wonderful cultivar has been blooming non-stop since receiving it and is forming lots of new flower stalks. Each blossom is larger than a dime and looks like a semi-double chimera. I love it and can’t wait for it to get bigger!

Fast Grower, Constant Bloomer
One of my faster growing trailers. It seems to bloom readily and in large numbers. You can't go wrong with this plant. I have grown it with and without heavy pruning and it seems to grow well for me either way.

I had this plant until my grandson helped me with my violets. Wish I had been there when he was making them "fly". Have to replace it. In bloom constantly, beautiful violet. Definitely a "gotta have"
Lots of blooms
This is a violet with pale green leaves. It arrived looking rather frail, so I save a leaf off of it. I domed the leaves and kept the young plants domed, even as they began to bloom. All 3 plants turned into lovely, blooming plants , and I have tentatively taken some out to try them w/o a domed environment. I live in central TX where it is hot and dry, and I've not had a lot of luck with the pale green violets. So far so good, though with this one.

I ordered 8 trailing violets and this one is my favorite. It was blooming when it arrived and hasn't stopped yet. I thought the foliage was light because of being in the box but it is still a light spring green compared to the other seven. The leaves are larger than the other trailers I got. The plant is incredibly vigorous. The best part is the flowers. They don't look like the picture. They are much prettier with white blooms and the prettiest shade of 'blue' on the sides. You don't have to get close up to see the beauty of the flowers either. The plant is just an eye catcher. I'm very glad I bought it!!!

Great little plant!
This plant is so easy to grow and is always covered in blooms. Very little shaping is necessary as it grows into a lovely dome shape all on its own. Great for showing or just to enjoy. I highly recommend this plant.

Received this violet in an order placed last year as my free one. It is now one of my absolute favorites. I took it to my office and placed it on top of my filing cabinet near a window and I get compliments on it nearly every day. Lots of beautiful blooms and so easy to maintain. Great choice.

This was my first trailer and wow! How impressive! It was a very cute plant, what I could see of it cause it was so covered with blooms, I couldn't really tell!....totally awesome! Easy to grow, fast growing. Flower bloom look like chimera because I've never get bloom true from leave cutting!

I ordered this not long ago. It is a beautiful little plant! It grows quickly and is in constant bloom. The flowers are just as decribed- white with blue side stripes. The leaves are a light green to medium green. Get this one you will be so happy!

Terrific Bloomer
I bought this plant and a few Non Rob's hybrids about a year ago. All the plants arrived in wonderful condition, well grown in 2 inch pots. Humpty Doo has been consantly in full bloom. The others.... not so much. They have great foliage, but, few, if any, blooms under the same growing conditions. Apparently, Rob's hybrids thrive even under my (quite likely) less than ideal growing conditions. My next order will be of more Rob's varieties.

This is a lovely plant. I had a big one at home for 3 years and it is just BEAUTIFUL, sadly my not so lovely parrot destroyed it. It flowers almost non stop and very easy to take care.

Breathtaking!
I am new to trailing African Violets. I've been to nurseries around the San Francisco Bay Area and have not found any. This is my first online plant order and this is the free plant I received! The package arrived 2 days after it was shipped, and everything was packed very well. The plant has 7 open blooms and more buds waiting to bloom.
