Beautiful blooms!
I've only had this one for a few months and already have had multiple blooms. Very similar to the photos above, but a little less of a warm purple.
Pretty!
Mine died on me like most of mine have, but I’m not a quitter. This one did bloom for me first, and it was pretty.
I had a sport and the original.
Initially I received a sport of this plant. It arrived in inspired packaging, completely unblemished and unimpressed from its travels. When it bloomed into a deep purple iridescence? I contacted the company to ask them about this. I had not wanted another, just the information about this intriguing fellow. One day I came home to an angry wife and a new plant. The true Optical Illusion was breathtaking. It was so unreal as to appear fake. I told my wife that she could put it on the coffee table at night and she became much more pleasant. So did the coffee table.
Must Have!
One of my coworkers has this violet, and I am filled with envy. The colors of the blooms are striking, it grows quickly, and it's a standout in her collection of other violets.

Perfect dark plum roses with very clear fantasy puffs. Gorgeous flat, dark foliage. I love it!
My favorite!
This plant, like other reviewers stated, is really really beautiful. It already had three blooms when I got it out of the mail, and now months later it still has many blooms and is looking brilliant!! This is my favorite African Violet in my collection.

This was my very first order around Mothers day 2013 the plant came blooming and it seemed as if the little dots were a optical elusion. It has preformed well and has been a continuous bloomer I hope this order does as well.

I received this plant several months ago as a "freebie". It came as a nice quality starter plant and has done very well for me. Not something I would have picked for myself but I am glad now that have it. Pleasent suprise, thank you. Huge leaves. Pretty flowers.
Optical Illusion
I was disappointed that the flowers bloomed in a solid plum color. I put down a leaf to see if it would bloom true after the first generation.
First time ordering
I ordered this violet along with three others. I opened the box and had the pleasant surprise of this one in bloom! Beautiful colors and VERY large flowers- just as shown in the picture!

I ordered 7 different violets and Optical Illusion was the only one that was in bloom. It is very pretty. All of my plants were packed very good and were not damaged at all. I was very pleased with my order. I plan to order 2 more plants. I want Jolly Jubilee and Warm Sunshine.

This is my new favorite because of the hardiness and beauty. I'm a snow bird so it moves across the country twice a year, no problem. even prettier than the pictures.
