Breathtaking blooms
This is the most delightful plant. I have vibrant carnation like blooms about 1" across and they are absolutely breathtaking. This is one you need for sure! It brings me much joy.
Fantastic Variety!
I got RS Manuela as a freebie from Violet Barn when I posted a review last July, 2019. I placed it under LED lights, repotted it in a 3 inch pot with wick watering, and provided it with Dyna-Gro 7-9-5 Liquid Plant Food and fertilizing every 2-3 weeks. Now 8 months later, it is blooming for the first time under my care with absolutely beautiful medium pink flowers with variable white edges (not mentioned in the description above). Each robust flower stalk grow straight up (no bending!) has about 3-5 flowers/ buds. The flowers are huge - ranging from 2 1/4 to 2 3/4 inch in diameter. Amazingly the flowers have arranged themselves into a perfect bouquet above the leaves. It has some blue speckling but not as much as in the picture above. Maybe next blooming cycle. The plant is currently 8 1/2 inches in size, pretty compact , which I prefer. It has nice shiny light green symmetrical-growing foliage that looks very refreshing. All in all a fantastic variety.
