I've never paid much attention to anything but African Violet plants... but I took the plunge when I saw the Special Offer for other types of plants. I love the 5 AV mini surprises and the sinnnigias I received. Couldn't be happier! Getting ready to order more with my birthday money!

Five minis
I placed my first order in June for the five mini bundle. They arrived and the packaging was perfect with each little plant unwrapped with no damage at all. It has been exciting to watch these healthy little ones grow, each variety was unique and beautiful. Can’t wait to order more. Thank you!!!
Nice assortment
I received 5 mini violets, 1 purple and pink, 1 solid pink and 3 purple and white. There were several varigated varieties included, though the varigation is subtle. Overall they seem very healthy, though I had one that took some crown damage in transport (not sure how, they were packaged very well). The mother plant died a few months later but I was able to root a leaf and the baby is starting to fill in nicely with a lot more varigation than the original plant had.

Gift Worthy!
Had purchased this item last month and was so impressed with the selection. Two of the five were in flower. They are beautiful! Now honestly, I have purchased in past from Amazon, for about the same price, but these are so much better. In fact, I will be purchasing and sending to my sister for her birthday, she will be so surprised and love them. Instead of sending a bouquet, she will have flowers through the year. Do not hesitate, you will be pleased.

Excellent selection of mini violets! Sellers chose a variety of colors to send and packed them well. Perfect purchase if you're overwhelmed by the number of choices available/not picky about which individuals. At least two of my violets started blooming within a week of arrival.

My first-time purchasing violets from a professional, experienced grower directly. So many beautiful plants to choose from in the large collection offered and with me having no previous experience with a particular variety, the seller's choice was the best way for me to economically purchase a number of plants and sample the company's plant culture and customer service. The "surprise" assortment was a delight to open. The plants arrived so well packaged and insulated from the weather and shipping hazards. The variety sent was exciting to see and will continue to surprise in the weeks to come.
Amazed and delighted
I ordered the 5 mini violets a few months back. They all arrived in great condition, one even had a bloom on it. They are all thriving and blooming now, these plants are so healthy and vibrant ready to grow. I look forward to seeing the growth and new blooms day by day. They make me happy.

I ordered the 5 plant special. All came healthy happy and extremely well packaged. I am on my way to order another 5 in a different category this time. I have been extremely happy with the baby plants that I have gotten from Violet Barn. I now buy them for Mothers day gifts or thi king of you gifts. I just received my Sellers Choice 10 Mini Violets and CAN NOT STOP SMILING!! THANK YOU VIOLET BARN FOR ASSEMBLING THE PERFECT COLLECTION!! Just recieved
I ordered this sellers choice package and couldn't be happier with them. I was sent some beautiful plants three of which ended up being in bloom. The packaging of these plants was amazing as they accidentally got left in my mail box for an hour and a half in the California heat without any damage or wilting even the flowers remained perfect. Will certainly be ordering more plants in the future.

Survived shipping to the UK!
I got these as a present and adore them. I hinted for microminis which are harder to find here in the UK but OH just saw mini AVs/Violet Barn... Shipping and customs charges are high but the beauty of these is well worth it. They haven't all flowered yet but the variety aand attractiveness of the foliage has surprised me. Now I'm going to order *micro*mini AVs.

Each of the 10 mini violets was well wrapped in a paper sleeve and opening each one was a thrill. They had to travel all the way across country to Hawaii, but they arrived in just a few days in good shape. The variety is great, with a few with variegated foliage and several already in bloom. I got six minis and they were all in perfect condition on arrival. Two were already blooming. One after about three weeks four are blooming and the last two have such lovely leaves I am happy to look at them every day..
hoya linearis
Thank you Violet Barn for sending me my fourth order! Every one of my five hoyas and two terrarium plants was packed perfectly and did not suffer at all on their trip to my home. I had never seen the hoya linearis before. What a beauty! I had never seen any of the other hoyas I had ordered before. The hoya curtisi is with its tiny leaves is just wonderful. I don't care if it blooms. In fact I love my order I want to give you more stars if I could !!

Best mini violets ever!
This is the second time I ordered the 10 mini violet package. Honestly I don't think there is a seller out there that has mini violets as healthy and beautiful as The Violet Barn. With my first shipment, all of my plants arrived beautifully packaged and fully mature. Most had buds or blooms and the foliage was full and colorful with many plants displaying gorgeous variegation that on their own were stunning; adding to that the amazing flowers found on these plants and I was just blown away. I'm eagerly awaiting my next mini violet package and know from my previous experience that it will not disappoint!

10 Different Miniature Violets
This is my third order to Violet Barn and the second time in a row that I am ordering 10 Different Miniature African Violets! The miniature violets came perfectly wrapped and as I unwrapped each plant they were in excellent shape. A lot of the plants as delicate as they are came with flowers blooming and buds that were soon to bloom and the foliage for these little sweethearts were of many different types. I was able to purchase 2 1/2 inch pots to replant the miniature violets at a very reasonable price as well and do not have to look outside the store to find what I needed. I am a new comer to buying African Violets. I know I will continue to purchase more violets as time goes by because they are beautiful!
Happy with my order
This is the first time I ordered through violetbarn. It took me months to decide if I want to do online order for plants but after reading the many reviews of good success and the beautiful african violets they received when they opened the order, I gave in. When I received the orders, they were definitely opening 10 different presents with surprises. There are 6 plants that have either buds or flowers blooming already and the rest are looking healthy. I would not hesitate to order again from violetbarn.
Mini Violet Collections
In 2015 I ordered the mini violet collection 4 times. I share them with my mother and sister. They arrive in perfect condition. Many of them with buds and flowers. I had to make a spread sheet so I know who will get what next time. We are eagerly awaiting to order now that spring has arrived. It was a long winter with no Violet Barn boxes arriving.

VERY happy with service and products of the Violet Barn! After doing a lot of internet research and comparison, reading reviews and crossing my fingers, I ordered 20 mini African Violets from the Violet Barn. A prompt response advised when my plants would be shipped. Plants arrived as scheduled. I was most impressed by their packaging: each plant securely and carefully wrapped and placed. While not all plants were in bloom, all looked very healthy, leaving me with no doubt that flowers will appear in a timely fashion. I purchased the Seller's Choice ten miniature violets about six weeks ago. This was the first time I've purchased live mail order plants, and I'm a novice at growing African Violets. The plants arrived on schedule and I was extremely pleased with the way they were packaged for shipping. I followed the instructions for unpacking and I had a nice collection of healthy, clean and attractive plants. At first only one had blooms and buds visible. Regardless, the variety of foliage and leaf shape made for a pleasing display without taking up a large footprint. I especially enjoyed the variegated plants. Now nearly all the plants have bloomed and, again, I love the pleasing variety of bloom shapes and colors. These were my first miniatures and semi-miniatures and I believe I benefited by knowledge and artistic eye of the person who made the selections for my order. I expect to get a great deal of joy and pleasure from my new plant collection.
How to get your collection started
I love minis and this collection didn't disappoint me. In fact after losing many of my plants due to ill was on my part it was like a new start. I have my "babies" in my North window in my apartment, right where people see them as they walk their pets or them selves.soon I found people were asking if they real.And then they started blooming. I have restarted the local violet growers society and found that some my new admirers are interested in joining simply because of these "babies". so herder I am again to reorder .These will make great door prizes as well as additions to my collection. thank you Violet Barn for making my job easy.

First time ordering online for violets,fell in love with them. One was in bloom so cute, needed this in my lifestyle right now.Great stress relief. I received my mini's today. Although the day is very hot, in the 90's, my little violets were in great condition. I quickly unpacked them and placed them under a light in an isolation room. They look very clean and very healthy. The little mini's are so cute, just love them. So pleased with my order, I am ordering again today and this is my third order.
Completely Amazed
I ordered a large quantity of miniature African violets for an upcoming party. As the weather was still unpredictable, I paid extra for the guaranteed packaging to protect the plants. When the order arrived, each plant was labeled and wrapped individually and was packaged very carefully. Each of the beautiful tiny plants is perfect, many were in bloom and nearly all had buds. As the party isn't until May, I called to ask advice as to how to have most of the plants in bloom by that time and was given excellent guidance. I can't recommend The Violet Barn highly enough.
Great order
i highly recommend for the beginner. I got the sampler pack and it was great. Unfortunately my in experience caused me to loose most of them. I got nats and had to move them outside and only three survived. Now I know what I did wrong and how to prevent the problem in the future. I'm ready to try this again. The 3 that survived have been very prolific bloomers and are amazing.

I was not sure what to expect when I placed the order. The violets arrived very well packaged, and after a day out of the box really came to life. I love looking at them and am getting ready to repot in small pots.

I have ordered this special several times. I wasn't sure about seller's choice, since I can spend hours reading descriptions of violets. I have received healthy plants each time and I have fallen in love with varieties I would not have chosen on my own. Anniversary gift idea
I ordered these violets as an anniversary gift for my wife, and she is delighted. Our violets swiftly traveled from New York to California as promised. The twenty assorted violets were in superb condition. The packaging is excellently protective and well designed, and includes violet care instructions. During the winter months we grow our violets under a high-quality, 175 watt LED with eleven light wavelengths. The LED is suspended 28 inches above the violets in a twenty-five (25) square feet closet, and we run the lights fourteen (14) hours daily on a timer. This allows us to open and close the closet door to regulate temperature during these autumn and winter months. We are very happy with our violets and appreciate the first-class customer service from Violet Barn. Order these violets with confidence!
Colorful
As a novice wanting to get back into AVs, I was concerned about what to order. The 10 for 40 option is great! I received a wide variety of plants: different foliage different blooms. All well packaged and protected against the first frosts in our area.

Beautiful Assortment
Received beautiful perfect plants, in the August Texas heat!I I inadvertently broke off a leaf on one of the plants and took the opportunity to root it. Most of the plants arrived blooming. All are doing great.

Thrilled
Recieved my first shipment this past week. I ordered the 10 Sellers Choice minis I am thrilled with the plants I grew violets about 25 years ago and got the "bug" again after my daughter brought home two african violet pots(empty) from a garage sale.
