This is my first Kohleria and when it arrived the leaves seemed fragile and curled and have been slowly drying up. I do see new growth appearing where the old leaves grew, so perhaps this is normal for this plant. I have heard that it may look dead while it is really alive. It still has two little buds on it, but they are in no hurry to open into blossoms. Time will tell.
